A few things to know.

How is the travel fee calculated?

The first 5 km in a straight line from Fredericton City Hall at 397 Queen Street are included. Beyond that radius, the travel fee is $2 per extra kilometre, with a $10 minimum per property, per visit. A property 10 km from downtown adds $10; 15 km adds $20; 25 km adds $40. The fee is added once for the property, not for each driveway. Distance and route availability are confirmed before service is accepted.

Is $60 the price for the whole winter?

The $60 starting price is for one visit to a small, 1–2 car driveway within 5 km of downtown Fredericton. Each additional driveway has its own charge. Seasonal service needs a separate quote after we review the property and route.

How should I choose the driveway size?

Estimate how many cars could fit across the full area to be cleared, even when no cars are parked there. Choose a size for each driveway in the calculator. For a larger property, long or wide walkways, or more than six steps in a set, describe the details in your request so we can quote accurately.

Does this include a return after the city plow?

The estimator prices a single visit. Confirm repeat visits and city-plow cleanup when requesting your quote. Access, snow depth, packed snow, ice and the space available for snow can affect the final price.

Am I booking service by using the estimator?

No. The calculator gives a starting estimate. Send the details through the quote form and we’ll review the property, scope, route capacity, price and any applicable taxes before confirming service. Existing customers keep the rates in their agreements.
