Pay your invoice, your way.
When Elm City emails your invoice, you can pay securely online. No new account or phone call required.
No extra fee for paying online.
Elm City does not add a credit-card surcharge, convenience fee, or Stripe processing fee to your invoice when you choose Pay Now. You pay the outstanding invoice balance shown in BuildCurrent. Elm City covers the standard payment-processing costs.
Optional buy-now-pay-later or installment services, if offered at checkout, may have separate provider terms or charges. Review those terms before selecting a financing option.
Pay by Interac e-Transfer
Send your payment to info@elmcitypropertyservices.com. Include your invoice number in the e-Transfer message or reference so we can match the payment to your account.
Interac e-Transfers are recorded once received and verified by Elm City; they do not appear instantly as paid in BuildCurrent. If your bank asks for a security answer, contact us directly before sending.
Open your invoice
Use the private invoice link sent by Elm City. It shows your payment details and outstanding balance.
Choose Pay Now
You'll be directed to secure Stripe checkout to review available payment methods. Elm City adds no extra online-payment fee.
Keep your receipt
Once the payment is recorded, a receipt may be sent by email and your invoice record updates in BuildCurrent.
Payment options and questions
Available methods appear at checkout. Eligible customers may see installment options offered by providers such as Klarna or Affirm. Availability, approval, fees, and repayment terms depend on the provider and aren't guaranteed by Elm City.
If a Stripe checkout session expires, open your original BuildCurrent invoice link and select Pay Now again. An active invoice link can be reused while the invoice is still payable; this does not change its due date. Keep that private invoice link confidential.
BuildCurrent issues and manages Elm City invoices; Stripe processes payments. If you need another copy of an invoice or have a billing question, just get in touch.
