The people
behind Elm City.

Concrete forming, insulation, finish work, landscaping — Jim’s background covers a lot of ground. He brings 30 years of experience in maintenance, construction, and project management to Elm City, both doing the work and managing projects.

As founder, owner, and operator, he values the personal approach that comes with a small business. Keeping a clean workspace matters to him, whether the job is at someone’s home or their business. That hands-on experience and attention to the worksite are a big part of what he brings to Elm City.

Away from work, Jim enjoys time at the cottage and getting out on his ATV.

A lawn to mow, a driveway to clear, or a room to paint — those are the kinds of jobs Christian enjoys most. His seven to eight years of experience include roofing, finishing work, and landscaping.

As co-owner in field operations, Christian brings a modern approach to local property services. His priority is straightforward: the customer should get exactly what they asked for. The agreed work matters to him, right through to the finished result.

Outside of work, Christian spends time with his fiancée and daughter, along with the family’s dog and cat.
